NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Stites & Harbison welcomes attorney Anna Kate Ferrell to the firm based in the Nashville, Tenn., office. She joins the Business Litigation and Torts & Insurance Practice Service Groups.
Ferrell's practice focuses on insurance coverage and defense. She represents clients in all types of personal injury, property damage, business torts and insurance related disputes.
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Ferrell was an associate in the tort and insurance defense sections of a small Nashville law firm. She gained diverse experience as a litigator, including personal injury, construction defect and insurance coverage cases.
Outside of the firm, Ferrell is active in the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. She also is a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. She earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2024. In law school, Ferrell served on the Executive Board of the Belmont Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
