Oppenhoffis further expanding its litigation practice in Cologne. Anna-Maria Quinke will join the team as counsel on 1 March 2026.
With Anna-Maria Quinke, our litigation team is gaining a proven expert with many years of experience.
She is moving from Dietrich | Graf Zedtwitz to Oppenhoff. Previously, she spent several years as an investment manager for antitrust disputes at OmniBridgeway in Cologne and over 10 years in the litigation team at Clifford Chance.
Anna-Maria Quinke has many years of experience in representing companies in complex commercial law disputes before state courts and in out-of-court dispute resolution. Her focus is on the development and consistent implementation of individual litigation strategies. She will strengthen the team led by Dr. Vanessa Pickenpack.
She also has extensive special expertise in antitrust disputes before civil courts. This includes the enforcement and defence of antitrust claims for damages and the assertion of supply and access claims against market-dominating companies.
