We are pleased to announce thatAswiniEndlur andCameron Neubauer have joined the firm's Infrastructure Group in our San Francisco office as associates. Aswini joins from A&O Shearman and Cameron joins from Kimball, Tirey & St. John.
Aswini represents a variety of clients on a broad range of infrastructure projects and serves as a trusted legal and commercial advisor to clients navigating complex construction, financing and tax equity matters. She has led negotiations, overseen comprehensive due diligence, drafted complex documents and helped to close a wide range of project development and infrastructure projects in the U.S. and internationally. Her transactional experience includes drafting procurement, equipment supply, construction, operations & maintenance, financing, tax equity and other ancillary documents associated with such transactions. Prior to focusing her practice to infrastructure, Aswini handled a variety of corporate and commercial transactions – particularly in the renewable energy industry and the critical minerals sector. Her experience includes advising clients in navigating complex construction, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing and tax equity matters for lithium, battery, solar and wind projects. She holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Lawand a B.A LL.B. from National Law University, Delhi.
Cameron represents public agency clients with a primary focus on complex infrastructure projects, drawing on a strong foundation in commercial real estate to inform his work. He handles all transactional aspects of infrastructure development, including contract drafting, negotiations, procurement and financing. Cameron's practice encompasses advising clients on large scale infrastructure projects, including alternative and design-build delivery methods – from planning through completion. He holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.S. from the University of San Diego.
