Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a repricing Term B credit facility in an aggregate principal amount of $1.87 billion and a repricing of the existing revolving credit facility in an aggregate principal amount of $400 million for Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing credit and for general corporate purposes.

Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. provides prepaid and payment networks services.
