Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Bolt Ventures I LLC, a capital firm focused on investments in the sports and entertainment, gaming, and technology industries, in a Series A financing round for Source Golf, Inc. Source Golf is an affiliate of Source Athlete Media Group, Inc., a company in the business of sports entertainment and media services, focusing on sports-related content creation.
The deal was led by Seattle partners John Wilson and Caitlin Velasco, with support from Seattle associate Kali Peeples.
