practice, has been named a finalist in the Managing IP Americas
Awards for the second year in a row. Fiacco was shortlisted for
Litigator of the Year (Massachusetts). The annual awards recognize
firms and practitioners for their outstanding intellectual property
achievements over the last year.
Fiacco represents life sciences companies and research institutions
in complex intellectual property disputes, including trade secret
misappropriation cases, patent infringement cases, and invalidity
challenges as well as disputes over inventorship, ownership of
patent rights and know how, and royalties.
