Cameli is a widely respected litigator with decades of experience helping clients navigate crises, remove obstacles and achieve their goals. He regularly represents companies and individuals in high-stakes enforcement, fraud, whistleblower and complex commercial litigation matters. His experience includes SEC enforcement actions, internal investigations, qui tam cases, mediation of complex disputes and guiding clients across multiple industries through trial and appeal. Cameli is chair of the firm's White Collar Litigation and Corporate Compliance Team, a former member of Reinhart's board of directors and former co-chair of the firm's Litigation Practice.
Lombard is a shareholder in the firm's Corporate Law practice, where he counsels business clients ranging from smaller privately held concerns to large public companies. He represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings and advises public companies, including boards of directors and committees, in areas of SEC compliance, corporate governance and executive compensation. Ben is a knowledgeable legal partner in mergers and acquisitions, private placements and venture capital. He helps companies at all stages in their life cycle raise money through a wide variety of financing arrangements.
Storm is a shareholder in the firm's Employee Benefits practice, where he represents multiemployer plans, corporate entities and benefit trusts maintained by professional associations. His practice primarily involves counseling trustees, corporate officers and benefits managers on the design and operation of health plans and retirement benefit plans. Greg frequently speaks on benefits compliance and planning opportunities in the latest legislative and regulatory developments.
