McDermott Will & Schulte advised Metric Capital Partners, a leading pan-European private equity fund manager, on its investment in Excellence Imagerie, a medical platform that brings together the expertise of three Paris-based medical imaging centers.
This transaction, which adds thirteen new radiologists to the existing fifty-three, strengthens the independence of radiologists in the management of the group, the supervision of patient care, and strategic decision-making, particularly with regard to equipment investments, recruitment, and the adoption of new technologies.
