Lewis Silkin has advised independent creative agency St Luke's and its shareholders on its majority sale to brand and cultural agency BBD Perfect Storm, creating a new UK based independent agency group with international reach.
The partnership combines strengths across consultancy, brand strategy, integrated creative, internal engagement and transformation, CRM and loyalty, social and influencer marketing, and content and production—equipping brands to grow from long term brand building through to commercial activation.
The deal team from Lewis Silkin consisted of: Paul Rajput (Partner and Head of the Corporate practice), Kevin Gallagher (Legal Director, Employment), Natalie Wilson and Ayesha Chanda (Senior Associates, Corporate) and Lucy Turner (Trainee, Corporate).
