Mintz advised Wavecrest Growth Partners on its acquisition of Dealerware, a leading software platform for dealer fleet and mobility program management, connecting over 60,000 vehicles at nearly 2,000 dealerships and OEMs across the US and Canada.

The acquisition positions Dealerware to accelerate product development and expand its range of solutions for automotive OEMs, retailers, and fleet operators, while advancing Wavecrest’s strategy of partnering with growth stage B2B software companies. Dealerware marks Wavecrest’s third investment in the auto-tech sector.
