MINNEAPOLIS – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), a nationally ranked law firm with a heavy Midwest presence, has a new home for its Minnesota office. The firm remains in West Downtown but has moved to a larger space one block west at 800 Nicollet Mall, Suite 2690. The relocation coincides with Reinhart’s expanded presence and service offerings in Minneapolis.

The Minneapolis-based Employee Benefits Group works primarily with multiemployer plans, as well as some single employer plans. Its attorneys serve local, regional, and national jointly trusteed multiemployer (Taft-Hartley) benefit plan clients, including health and welfare, retirement, apprenticeship, vacation, training and industry promotion plans and other benefits plans.
Reinhart employee benefits attorneys serve as lead counsel for ERISA plans. They also provide other services our ERISA clients require, including subrogation, employer contribution delinquency collection, general litigation, and ERISA benefits litigation (including arbitration) as well as representation in Department of Labor and IRS regulatory matters.
