LONDON, January 9, 2026 – Proskauer advised Stellex Capital Management ("Stellex"), a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies in North America and Europe, in connection with its acquisition, alongside Capitol Meridian Partners, of Beaufort, an aerospace and defense business, from the Survitec Group in a carve-out transaction.
Beaufort is an international provider of mission-critical survival systems for air, ground, and maritime operations, supporting the US Department of Defense, the UK Ministry of Defence, major defense contractors, and allied military forces worldwide. This acquisition further strengthens the presence of Stellex in the aerospace and defense sector.
