Calfee congratulates our client Align Capital Partners (ACP) on its acquisition of Dallas-Fort Worth-based Armko Industries, which marks the firm’s second platform investment in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Armko is a leading provider of specialized building envelope, roofing, and waterproofing consulting services serving K-12 school districts, higher education, municipalities, healthcare systems, and commercial clients in the Southwest U.S. The partnership with ACP will position Armko to continue to enhance its services for clients and to drive meaningful growth opportunities for the company.
