The title Senior Associate accurately reflects this role to the outside world in a manner that is in line with market standards and internationally understandable. The content, responsibility and significance of the position within the firm remain unchanged.
Counsel
With the introduction of the position Counsel, we are expanding our career model with a role that is well established and recognised in the legal world. Counsel contribute their special professional expertise and many years of experience in a targeted and sustainable manner to the advice we provide to our clients and play a key role in shaping the firm’s professional profile. The Counsel position enables us to provide a differentiated representation of expertise and responsibility, additionally strengthening the diversity and sustainability of our career model.
