Ward and Smith attorney Mayukh Sircar will present at the 2026 Insurance Law Section Program hosted by the North Carolina Bar Association on January 23, 2026.
The annual program brings together insurance law practitioners from across the state to examine developments shaping the industry and the practice of insurance law. This year's agenda explores the growing role of artificial intelligence in insurance, recent appellate decisions affecting coverage disputes, and emerging issues in bad faith, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and cyber liability. The program also features a return of the popular "Top 10 Insurance Law Decisions" session and a focused review of the North Carolina Supreme Court's North State Deli v. Cincinnati Insurance Company decision.
Mayukh joins a distinguished group of practitioners, in-house counsel, and industry leaders contributing practical insights on the evolving insurance landscape. The program is offered both in person and via live webcast and provides approved North Carolina CLE credit.
