Donahue Fitzgerald, the East Bay Area’s largest law firm, announces the addition of four new lawyers: Joshua B. Bevitz and Michael S. Ward as partners, and Christian R. Jajeh and Ani Keledjian as Senior Counsel.

OAKLAND, Calif.; Dec. 19, 2025 – Donahue Fitzgerald, the East Bay Area’s largest law firm, announces the addition of four new lawyers: Joshua B. Bevitz and Michael S. Ward as partners, and Christian R. Jajeh and Ani Keledjian as Senior Counsel.

“Our growth in 2025 has really accelerated, and these four lawyers are all exemplary of the caliber of talent we’re adding to the firm, specifically to address evolving client needs,” said Donahue Fitzgerald Managing Partner Andrew MacKay. “We look forward to a banner year in 2026, including settling into our newly expanded offices next spring and continuing to attract client-service-oriented lawyers, like Josh, Mike, Christian and Ani, to our team.”

Bevitz focuses on real estate, construction, insurance coverage and business disputes and litigation. He has experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts, resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, and enforcing judgments. A member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, Bevitz earned his J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, where he was Executive Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. He earned his B.A. and B.S. from Washington University.

Returning to Donahue Fitzgerald where he spent the first 22 years of his career, Ward is an employment lawyer with more than three decades of experience supporting for-profit and nonprofit employers across California. He advises clients on every aspect of employer-employee relations, including wage and hour; discrimination, harassment and retaliation laws; disability accommodations; trade secrets; and unfair competition. He spent eight years in executive roles at one of Northern California’s largest social service nonprofits, including six years as the agency’s General Counsel. Ward earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his B.A. from Stanford University.

Jajeh joins the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group, focusing on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and related tax matters. He works closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans and guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through both contested and uncontested trust and estate administrations. A member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, Jajeh earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.

Keledjian has eight years of experience in California real estate law where she focuses on residential and commercial transactions. She has experience representing landlords and tenants, sellers and buyers in both residential and commercial transactions. Keledjian also has prior experience in general civil litigation, business, and trust litigation where she successfully prosecuted a breach of contract and fraud action and obtained a favorable judgement for her client. She is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Robert G. McGrath American Inn of Court. Keledjian earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
