Alsec Nominees Limited is excited to announce the appointment of Mrs. Olubukola Olonade-Agaga, FCIS, as Chief Executive Officer, effective Tuesday, 4 November 2025.
Olubukola is a distinguished company secretary and corporate governance practitioner with over two decades of experience. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and holds memberships with the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria and INSOL International. She is also a certified Board Evaluator, Corporate Governance Auditor, and Trainer.
Prior to her appointment, Olubukola served as Managing Associate at Alsec, and has been at the firm since 2013, rising through the ranks from Company Secretary to Senior Company Secretary. Her career also includes leadership roles at Profund Securities Limited, where she headed Board Secretarial, Legal and Admin Services.
Known for her passion for good corporate governance, Olubukola ensures that organisations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards. As a trained whistle-blowing professional, she is dedicated to fostering transparency and accountability in corporate practices.
Olubukola holds an LL.B. from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.
