Leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer has hired Tebogo Moloko as a director in its Corporate practice based in Johannesburg.
Tebogo is a Corporate lawyer specialising in private equity and M&A including corporate reorganisations, managed disposals, complex black economic empowerment (BEE) transactions and cross-border M&A. He also focuses on the establishment of employee share ownership schemes and providing corporate governance advice. He has advised clients across various sectors such as private equity, mining, automotive, water and telecommunications.
Tebogo, who joins from Bowmans, was most recently on secondment at a financial institution where he assisted with various matters in respect of equity investments and equity finance.

Tebogo is the latest senior hire in HSF Kramer's Johannesburg practice, following the appointment of Spencer Naicker in February and Ziyanda Ntshona in March, and the promotion of Stewart Payne in May.
The Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Johannesburg office celebrates the 10th anniversary of its opening this November. The Johannesburg practice has seen exponential growth in the past decade, comprising a present-day team of 125 professionals.
