At the 2026 DealMakers Africa Awards, held in Nairobi on 17 March, we were recognised for the East Africa Deal of the Year.
Our role on the Brunswick Deal of the Year 2025 (East Africa) supported a client‑led transaction of national significance. The mandate centred on the Government of Kenya’s sale of a 20% stake in Safaricom PLC to Vodafone Kenya Limited, part of the Vodacom group.
