Based in Carey Olsen's Hong Kong office, Matthew is a partner in the firm's Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice. He advises on complex cross-border disputes, high-value commercial and shareholder litigation (including appraisal actions), trust disputes, and insolvency-related proceedings often in connection with Hong-Kong listed companies.
Matthew is widely regarded for his deep expertise in Bermuda law having acted in many of Bermuda's largest and long-running cases in recent history.
