Thursday, 06 November 2025 – CMS INDUSLAW advised Concord Control Systems Limited ("Concord"), a listed manufacturer of electrical and electronic products for the railway industry, in relation to its acquisition of stake in Fusion Electronics Private Limited ("Fusion"), a leading flex printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer.
Fusion is one of India's largest manufacturers of flex PCBs, with an installed capacity of approximately 200,000 square metres annually, and caters to customers across the industrial, automotive and consumer electronics sectors. The acquisition marks Concord's strategic entry into the high-value electronic manufacturing sector and supports its broader plan to expand into the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) ecosystem.
