Arnold & Porter recently served as counsel to Paramount
Skydance Corporation, a leading media and entertainment company, in
its sale of Televisión Federal S.A. (Telefe), one of
Argentina’s largest broadcasters, to a holding company led by
local businessman Gustavo Scaglione.
The transaction, which was completed on October 23, included the
sale of Telefe’s Buenos Aires headquarters, three regional
affiliates, Telefe international network, and production facilities
in Buenos Aires.
