Nashville – Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Josh Lane back to its Corporate practice in Nashville. Lane rejoins the firm from Prolific, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Prolific, Lane served as the General Counsel of Tarsadia Investments for 11 years.

Lane's career spans more than two decades with a focus on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, family offices, private equity, and venture capital. Serving in both general counsel and private practice roles, he has developed a deep knowledge of complex strategic transactions across diverse industries such as pharma, biotech, healthtech, fintech and finserv, and real estate. Through his practice, he has played a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic acquisitions and investments, while cultivating high-impact partnerships.
