Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Senior Notes due 2033, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.95% Senior Notes due 2035 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.7% Senior Notes due 2056 by T-Mobile USA, Inc.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness on an ongoing basis or other general corporate purposes.

T-Mobile USA, Inc., doing business under the global brand name T-Mobile, is an American wireless network operator.
