Swiss-based integrated energy company MET Group has acquired the remaining stake in MET Slovakia a.s.. Through the acquisition MET Group completes a buyout which represents a strategic step, enabling full integration of the Slovakian subsidiary into MET’s Central European operations.
The transaction also underlines MET Group’s ongoing commitment to the region and its goal to streamline operations, drive synergies, and enhance value creation across its Central European energy portfolio.
