Our Cayman Islands Corporate team advised Brion Minerals Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company, on the sale of 100% of its issued shares to Libra Energy Materials Inc. (CSE:LBR). Brion Minerals was a portfolio company of Frontera Minerals Inc., a Brazilian-focused investment and development group in critical minerals.
