Arendt advised Neuberger Berman on launching new ELTIF sub-funds
under its evergreen platform. The latest launches include the NB
Private Equity Open Access Fund ("Open
Access") and LIQID Private Equity NXT
("NXT"), both designed to expand retail
and private wealth investor access to private equity markets.
Launched under the ELTIF 2.0 framework, Open Access and NXT
provide investors with a semi-liquid investment structure. Open
Access achieved a successful first close of EUR 110 million, while
LIQID Private Equity NXT – developed in strategic partnership
with the digital wealth manager LIQID – raised over EUR
220 million within just 15 months of its inception.
These launches demonstrate the growing importance of ELTIFs in
democratising private markets access and highlight Arendt's
expertise in structuring innovative investment solutions for the
evolving private markets landscape.
