add-on senior notes due 2032 by Watco Companies, L.L.C. and Watco
Finance Corp.
Proceeds from the offering were used to redeem the company's
remaining outstanding 6.5% senior notes due 2027, to repay a
portion of the senior secured credit facility, to pay all fees and
expenses associated therewith, and general corporate purposes.
Watco is a leading integrated transportation services
provider.
