shareholders in Via Transportation, Inc.'s US$493 million
initial public offering, advising on Luxembourg law aspects
primarily relating to capital markets and investment management
matters in connection with the public offering of its Class A
common stock traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The offering
consisted of a primary offering of 10,714,285 shares of Class A
common stock at a public offering price of US$46 per share.
Via Transportation is a New York-based technology company

solutions to improve public transportation networks globally,
serving partners including cities, transit agencies, schools, and
