Cadwalader has welcomed Andro Atlaga as a partner in the firm's Leveraged Finance and Private Credit practice, resident in London.

Andro advises issuer and underwriter clients, as well as alternative capital investors on international capital markets and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on high-yield bond financings. Andro also advises on debt liability management transactions, restructurings, initial public offerings and U.S. securities law matters.

Andro joins Cadwalader from another major law firm, where he practiced in its leveraged finance group in London. In the 2025 Legal 500 UK's Finance: High Yield market report, Andro is noted as being "praised for being 'on top of every detail and completely committed to quality deal execution'."
Andro is the seventh new partner to join Cadwalader's London team in 2025 and tenth firmwide, following the additions of Bron Jones, Doug Murning and Matt Worth (Fund Finance); Doug Mintz (Financial Restructuring and Special Situations); Dan Meade (Financial Regulation); Rebecca Crowley (Infrastructure Finance); Ed Holmes (Leveraged Finance); Steven Kolyer (Capital Markets) and Matthew Sperry (Private Clients).
