A team of Nyemaster attorneys advised sellers on the sale of more than 1,600 apartment units across six different apartment complexes in the Des Moines suburbs. The nearly $200 million transaction represented the largest multi-family property sale in Iowa history.
Attorneys Kathleen K. Law, Bruce W. Baker, Eric N. Fischer, Nathan Wegmann, and Wesley M. Greder represented the owners of the properties in the transaction with a Canadian company. Nyemaster was involved from deal structure and negotiation through due diligence to closing.
