LONDON, August 14, 2025 – Proskauer has added Peter Mason as a partner in its Global Finance practice in London. His arrival strengthens the firm's European leveraged finance capabilities at a time of continued growth and momentum.
Peter advises lenders, sponsors, and corporations on complex financings across the capital structure, including European and U.S.-style Term Loan B, bank/bond, and direct lending deals. His experience spans leveraged and investment-grade transactions, real estate financings, and restructurings.
Peter was named a Rising Star of European Finance 2025 by Financial News.

Peter's arrival follows a series of strategic additions to Proskauer's Global Finance Group in Europe and the U.S. In London alone, the firm has added seven Global Finance partners in the past year, including Philip Bowden, Megan Lawrence, Warren Newton, Jake Keaveny, Courtland Tisdale, Clare Cottle and John Goldfinch.
