Gowling WLG is pleased to announce the appointment of Madeleine Clark as a Partner in its Real Estate Finance team, based in London.
Madeleine brings over 20 years' experience advising on development and investment loans, both syndicated and bilateral, across a wide range of asset classes including office, hotels, logistics, retail and residential. She is recognised as a leading partner in her field in Legal 500 and has been ranked in Chambers and Partners for over 10 years.
She joins the firm from Osborne Clarke LLP, where she was a Partner for over a decade, and has previously held senior roles at both BCLP and DLA Piper.
