Daniel D. Oh
Associate | (Dallas, TX)
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Daniel worked as a Summer Associate
and Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Scholar at
FordHarrison's Dallas office. During his time
as a Summer Associate and LCLD Scholar with the firm, Daniel
supported partners on a variety of employment cases, contributing
to mediation statements, discovery strategy, and legal research.
While in law school, Daniel served as an Articles Editor for the
International Law Review Association and was active in the Asian
Pacific American Law Student Association. Before entering the legal
field, Daniel had a diverse professional background in media
production and entrepreneurship.
Suzanne M. Potter-Padilla
Counsel | (Houston, TX)
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Suzanne served as an Attorney
Advisor with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs,
Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection.
Suzanne is a seasoned employment attorney with extensive experience
conducting and advising on complex workplace investigations and
defending employers in employment litigation. Her career spans
government service and private practice, where she has developed
deep knowledge in whistleblower protection, employment
discrimination laws, workplace policy development, and training.
Earlier in her career, Suzanne served at the Department of Homeland
Security’s Office of Inspector General.
Keith R. Rossman
Counsel | (Los Angeles, CA)
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Keith worked as an Associate
Attorney at Ballard Rosenberg Golper & Savitt
LLP. Keith's primary focus is defending wage and hour
class actions and representative actions brought by employees under
California's Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA)
alleging violations of the California Labor Code and Industrial
Welfare Commission Wage Orders. Keith also has extensive experience
defending employers against claims brought by individual employees,
including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation,
wrongful termination, and other similar claims.
