Appleby Bermuda is pleased to welcome Bermudian lawyer, Aleisha Hollis, as Senior Associate in the Corporate department.
Aleisha specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on insurance and reinsurance. Prior to joining Appleby, Aleisha practiced at another Bermuda law firm, advising clients on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including cross-border corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, amalgamations, relocations, BSX, insurance and compliance and regulatory matters.

She holds an LLB (First Class Honours) from University of Essex, and completed the Legal Practice Course and Master of Science in Law, Business and Management (Distinction) at University of Law. She was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2020.
