Entertainment, Technology and Advertising partners and Music team co-leaders Alexis Robinson and Daniel Schnapp, special counsel Genevieve Perez and associate Han Kim were recognized in Variety’s 2025 Music Legal Elite list. This list recognizes the top attorneys behind the music industry’s biggest stars, headline deals and most complex cases.

Robinson, Schnapp, Perez and Kim were recognized for closing a succession of deals for artists, rights holders and tech platforms, including Domain Capital Group’s acquisition of the catalogs of Iggy Azalea and prolific country songwriter Ashley Gorley. The quartet also advised Soundraw on legal issues arising from the use of AI to create custom music and they negotiated multi-year public performance licenses for ASCAP with major platforms such as Amazon, Paramount Global, Spotify, Pandora, Warner Bros. Discovery and Netflix. Their other clients include Uproxx Studios, Shanghai-based Team Wang Records, K-pop singer Jessi, record company the Black Label, Steinway Musical Instruments and music video production company Freenjoy.
