BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has recognized Arnold & Porter among the leading firms in its 2025 Client Service A-Team report, which highlights the "best of the best in client service delivery." In the report, BTI included the firm in the BTI Client Service 30, a group of firms that perform "9 to 15 times better than all others" and "account for less than 5% of all law firms competing for business at larger companies." Arnold & Porter was also named among the Client Service Trailblazers, recognized as "the firms best at turning chaos into solutions for clients."
"Arnold & Porter is proud to be recognized once again among the top firms for client service," said Michael Daneker, Global Co-Chair of Arnold & Porter. "Excellent client service — a core value of our firm — drives our continued success."
"We are particularly honored because this recognition highlights our collaborative, client-driven approach across practices and industries. It reflects our clients' direct feedback and the trust they consistently place in our lawyers across the firm," said Ellen Kaye Fleishhacker, Global Co-Chair of Arnold & Porter.
BTI's rankings are based on a data-driven approach, using direct feedback from corporate counsel across more than 15 industries. The 2025 Client Service A-Team report assesses how law firms stack up in client service delivery based on 17 objective ranking factors that "drive the strongest relationships with law firms." Earlier this year, BTI also named Arnold & Porter to its 2025 Most Recommended Law Firms report, a ranking of law firms that corporate counsel rely on based on peer recommendation.
