Mintz advised The Eagle Leasing Company, a leading provider of portable storage containers, ground level offices, semi-trailers, and mobile office solutions, in its acquisition by Rent-A-Container (RAC), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC.
The combination of Eagle Leasing and RAC creates one of the largest independent portable storage and ground-level office leasing networks in the United States. With a shared network of 18 branch locations serving the East Coast, South, and Midwest, the combined company will be well positioned to deliver industry-leading service to its customers.
