LONDON, July 7, 2025 – Leading international law firm Proskauer today announced that it advised MML Capital, an international mid-market private equity firm investing in partnership with management teams to deliver bold expansion plans, on the final closing of MML Partnership Capital VIII (the “Fund”).

The €1 billion Fund was oversubscribed and is almost 50% larger than its predecessor Fund VII.

The Fund benefitted from strong support from existing investors, as well as welcoming 11 new institutional investors across the globe, with commitments from sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, public and private pension funds, asset managers, endowments, foundations and family offices.

The Proskauer team was led by partner Duncan Woollard and included associate Zuaib Kassam (Private Funds). The team also included partner Gwenaël Kropfinger in Paris (Tax).
