LONDON, July 3, 2025 – Leading international law firm Proskauer is pleased to welcome Dannii Abel as a partner in the Firm’s Tax Department in its London office. Dannii brings a wealth of experience across finance, M&A and funds and strengthens the Firm’s strategic focus on clients across the private capital sector and asset management industry investing across Europe.
Dannii advises clients on a broad range of complex UK and international corporate tax matters including complex cross-border structuring, banking and leveraged finance tax matters, private equity and general corporate M&A transactions and reorganisations, management equity/incentives and corporates establishing a taxable UK presence.

Dannii also has extensive experience providing tax advice in relation to, and structuring for, private funds and investments by private funds and institutional investors (across the full spectrum of private funds (including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, credit and secondary) and the management teams of private funds, including carried interest and co-investment structuring and management buy-outs/spin outs.

Dannii is the sixth partner to join Proskauer’s London office in 2025. The firm also welcomed Jonathan Egerton-Peters, Duncan Woollard, Delphine Jaugey, Clare Cottle and Sylvain Dhennin. Dannii also joins during a broader wave of strategic growth across Europe, most recently marked by the addition of tax partner Gwenaël Kropfinger in Paris, further strengthening the Firm’s international capabilities and cross-border client service.
Dannii was previously with Proskauer for four years.
