Justin Alex, Stephen Chuk and Rachel Fischer Recognized as Top Attorneys Under 40

Justin is a partner in Proskauer's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group and advises private and public companies on all aspects of their employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements and plans. He has particular experience in the sports industry, including employment agreements for executives at the highest levels in professional sports and the benefits and compensation aspects of numerous transactions. In addition, Justin provides cutting-edge advice on benefits and compensation issues to debtors in corporate bankruptcies, as well as other interested parties, including creditors' committees, lenders, hedge fund investors and potential purchasers.
A partner in the Firm's Antitrust Group, Stephen represents clients in high-stakes litigation, cartel investigations and compliance matters. He has extensive experience litigating and advising on antitrust issues involving allegations of price-fixing, monopolization, group boycotts and bid rigging across diverse sectors, including agriculture, fintech, health care and sports. Stephen is also a trusted advisor to individuals and corporate clients facing criminal and regulatory investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general. Most recently, Stephen was part of the trial team that delivered a landmark defense victory for Sanderson Farms, defeating $7 billion in damages claims after a six-week jury trial in Illinois.
Rachel is a senior counsel in Proskauer's Labor & Employment Law Department and a highly experienced trial lawyer with a strong track record in high-stakes litigation. She represents employers in the full range of employment disputes—including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wage and hour claims—and has successfully taken numerous cases through trial to jury verdict or final arbitral award. Her litigation experience spans single-plaintiff matters to complex class and collective actions, and she regularly appears before courts, arbitration panels and administrative agencies. With deep experience across industries such as finance, media, sports and higher education, Rachel is known for her poise under pressure and her ability to deliver results when it matters most.
