Goodwin advised SYNQONY GmbH ("SYNQONY"), a portfolio company of LEA Partners GmbH (“LEA”), on the financing for the acquisition of ZEDAL AG ("ZEDAL").

Goodwin advised SYNQONY GmbH ("SYNQONY"), a portfolio company of LEA Partners GmbH (“LEA”), on the financing for the acquisition of ZEDAL AG ("ZEDAL").

ZEDAL is the leading system for electronic waste documentation system in German-speaking countries. Going forward, InfoTech Software GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNQONY GmbH, will continue the business operations of ZEDAL AG and the primary business activities of its former parent company, InfoTech Gesellschaft für Informations- und Datentechnik mbH.

SYNQONY is the leading provider of efficient software solutions for various waste and environmental management processes. With now more than 120 employees, SYNQONY optimizes the processes of its more than 9,000 customers from the areas of commercial and municipal waste management companies, commercial waste producers as well as cities and municipalities.
