London - The $100 million issue of DNNs marks the first DNNs issuance in Türkiye.

The DNNs were structured to settle on the D-FMI platform and subsequently transfer to the legacy platform of Euroclear. This enables investors that have not yet connected with distributable ledger technology (DLT) to invest in the DNNs, providing additional liquidity in the DNNs.

"The success of this transaction opens up a new chapter for Turkish debt capital markets issuers and their participation in the digitization of capital markets" says Mayer Brown capital markets Partner, James Taylor. "We are delighted to have supported İşbank in this important area of innovation in the debt capital markets."
