HSF Kramer advised Verlinvest, an international, family-backed
evergreen investment company, in a transaction to increase,
alongside Mistral Equity Partners, their respective investments,
and acquire the remainder of Krispy Kreme’s stake in,
Insomnia Cookies. The transaction was announced on June 10,
2025.
The HSF Kramer team consisted of Corporate partner Adi Herman,
