Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 9.250% second lien senior secured notes due 2030 by New Flyer Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc.

Proceeds from the offering were used to repay certain of NFI Group's existing indebtedness.

NFI Group Inc. is a leading global bus manufacturer of mass mobility solutions, offering a wide range of propulsion-agnostic platforms, including electric models.
