Frank Angileri is one of Michigan’s most accomplished intellectual property litigators. He focuses his practice on complex IP litigation and post-grant proceedings. Frank has served as lead trial counsel in patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright cases across the country, including federal courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission.

His litigation experience spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, software, consumer products, and electronics. Frank previously served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Post-Grant Proceedings practice, where he represented clients in over 70 proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). In one notable matter, he obtained an award of nearly $3 million and a permanent injunction in a design patent case.
