Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised CashMe Soluções Financeiras S.A. on the distribution of 385,000 real estate receivables certificates (CRIs), as part of the 101st issuance by Companhia Província de Securitização, totaling BRL 385 million, of which BRL 350 million were subject to a public offering, under automatic registration with the CVM, allocated to the senior class, in a single series, and to the mezzanine subclass of the subordinated class, and were offered to qualified investors.

This marks the 19th issuance of receivables certificates backed by credits originated by CashMe, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cyrela Group.

The deal was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira, with support from associate Camila Torelli, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization practice.
