Riker Danzig Insurance Partner Tracey K. Wishert has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society. Fellows are selected and invited into the Litigation Counsel after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation. Tracey joins Riker Danzig partners Brian E. O'Donnell and Kelly S. Crawford as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. She has also been included in the Diversity Law Institute and the Trial Law Institute by virtue of her fellowship in the Litigation Counsel of America.
Tracey is a seasoned litigator focusing her practice on insurance coverage and insurance defense matters. She has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation in matters involving construction defect and construction injury claims, premises liability, professional liability, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act liability.
In 2024, Tracey was selected as a “Woman Attorney of the Year” by the New Jersey Law Journal, an award which recognizes attorneys who made an impact in the profession in the past two years.
