Jason D. Navarino, Chair of the Firm’s Tax and Corporate Groups, is speaking at a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) seminar on August 6, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The half-day program, “LLC's from A to Z," will cover the complete lifecycle of an LLC, from formation and drafting to tax considerations, allocations, and distributions. Jason, along with a seasoned panel of practitioners, will address the disadvantages of not having a written agreement for a New Jersey LLC, tax factors in LLC formation, allocation and distribution strategies, member and manager rights, exit strategies, profit interests for partnership-taxed LLCs, and Corporate Transparency Act compliance.
