Foley Hoag represented client SparkCharge, the world's largest off-grid electric vehicle fleet charging network and creator of the first mobile, off-grid EV charger, in completing a $15.5M Series A-1 funding round, led by Monte's Fam and a $15M credit facility provided by Horizon Technology Finance Corporation.
The financings will allow SparkCharge to continue its industry-leading work, being first to market with an off-grid EV Charging network.
